Service Scope

ShunVPN provides subscription-based network acceleration for cross-border access and international routes, covering 110+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client access details are shown in the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits for destination websites. When accessing international websites, users must still follow each platform’s terms of use. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website or the continued availability of content in any particular region.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. A subscription link is an account access credential and must not be posted publicly or shared with others. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and manage your subscription credentials through the panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This rule applies to the account holder’s own devices and does not authorize resale. Renting or reselling accounts or routes is prohibited, as is sharing accounts or subscription links with others or providing the service to third parties through a public proxy or similar means.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data bundles are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Check the billing method and data allowance before choosing. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, and are responsible for confirming that using network acceleration is lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, unauthorized access to others’ systems, distributing malicious software, intellectual property infringement, or any other unlawful activity.

Users must not send spam, launch network attacks, disrupt other users’ connections, or interfere with the normal operation of routes or platforms. Users are responsible for the content they access, transmit, and publish. An encrypted connection does not exempt users from their legal responsibilities.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, destination website policies, and device configuration. Maintenance, upstream outages, or force majeure events may also cause interruptions. ShunVPN does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connections, or access to any particular third-party platform.

If an issue occurs, first consult the user guide, then submit a ticket describing your device platform, selected route, and the issue. Do not include your password in a ticket. Responsibility for third-party outages, user actions, or indirect losses that the service is not legally required to cover is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Refunds and Payment Rules

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the relevant account and submit a refund request through the user panel ticket system, including the relevant order so the payment can be verified. No explanation for dissatisfaction is required.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Check the order amount and payment method before paying. The status and arrival of a refund are communicated through the ticket system; these terms do not promise an unverified refund processing or arrival time. Once a refund is completed, the benefits associated with the relevant order end. Statutory refund rights are not limited by these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, ShunVPN may suspend the relevant connection or terminate account access, depending on the circumstances, and explain the reason where practicable. Users may raise an objection by submitting a ticket. Any handling of fees remains subject to the refund commitment and applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. New terms will not retroactively reduce refund rights for orders already in effect. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and ask through a ticket how it affects your existing subscription.
